The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver program is certainly a diving adventure. It can be done in 2 days. You will have new experiences, new skills, lots of diving and thrilling adventures.

To participate in this program, you must be a PADI Open Water Diver, or an Adventure Diver, or hold a qualifying certification from another organization.

You must be at least 15 years of age to begin the Advanced Open Water Diver program. You must be at least 12 years of age to begin the PADI Junior Advanced Open Water Diver program.

You need to complete five adventure dives such as the Deep Adventure Dive, the Underwater Navigation Adventure Dive, and three of the following: Altitude Diver, Boat Diver, Drift Diver, Deep Diver, Dry Suit Diver, Diver Propulsion Vehicle, Multilevel Diver, Night Diver, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Search and Recovery Diver, Underwater Naturalist, Underwater Videographer, Underwater Photographer, Underwater Navigator, AWARE Fish Identification, and Wreck Diver, to earn your Advanced Open Water Diver certification.

PADI Advanced Open Water Divers can continue on to the PADI Rescue Diver. They can enroll in PADI Wreck or Deep Diver Specialty courses.
